Human Resources Leader

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Leader to embed HR directly into operations and drive culture, talent, and performance across our 275+ employee manufacturing organization. This role reports to the President and is central to our lean transformation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- HR strategy aligned to safety, quality, productivity, and business goals
- Operationally embedded HR with daily plant-floor partnership
- Talent acquisition for manufacturing + technical roles
- Leadership development and internal career pathways
- Culture building rooted in respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- HR systems + analytics for data-driven decisions
- Change management to support growth and agility
- Compliance + risk with precision and integrity
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years HR leadership in manufacturing (250+ employees)
- Senior management experience; operations exposure strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build systems that deliver measurable business results
- Strength in developing leaders, culture, and internal talent pipelines
- Data-driven, strategic, and highly collaborative
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
