As the Farmer Advocate & Transformation Manager,you?llbe the primary bridge between Perdue and its contract and company growers.You?llspearhead continuous improvement initiatives, accelerating technology adoption, elevating animal care, and boosting live production performance.You?llalsoidentifyopportunities, coordinate cross-functional projects, and leadchangeefforts that improve efficiency, compliance, andthe growerexperience. This role is perfect for a collaborative, change-driven leader who excels at building relationships and delivering measurable results in a dynamic agricultural environment. The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage assigned strategic and ad hoc projects, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and cross functional alignment.
Minimum Education and Experience Five or more years of experience in live production, grower relations, agricultural operations, or continuous improvement.
