Job Summary
Senior Manager, Insurance
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven insurance leader to oversee the growth, financial performance, and operational management of the NEA and SEIU insurance programs.
In this role, you will:
- Drive premium, revenue, and profitability growth while managing expenses.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Oversee insurance products to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and member value.
- Manage marketing, vendor, carrier, and partner relationships to optimize program performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management standards are met.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while advancing key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of insurance leadership experience, including responsibility for large insurance portfolios.
- 3-5 years of team and partner management experience.
- Ability to obtain Life and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months.
